Privacy Policy

PollNQuiz collects account information such as name, email, organization details, role, and authentication data when hosts or team members register or log in.

We also store quiz and poll content created in the app, event or room details, participant names, quiz answers, poll votes, leaderboard entries, and report/export data generated from live sessions.

Participants do not need accounts to join a live room. They may enter a display name and submit quiz or poll responses. Those responses are stored so hosts can show live results and review reports after the session.

PollNQuiz uses a versioned first-party consent cookie to remember your choices. You can review or change those choices at any time through Cookie Preferences in the website footer.

• Necessary: Always enabled for authentication, security, live-session continuity, and consent storage.
• Analytics: Optional permission for measuring site usage and improving the product. Google Analytics loads only after Analytics consent is granted.
• Preferences: Optional permission to remember site choices and display preferences between visits.
• Marketing: Reserved for future marketing tools. No marketing tracker is currently installed.

The app may also store necessary local session state so a participant can refresh during an activity without losing their current session.

We use information to provide live quizzes and polls, authenticate hosts, manage organizations and plans, show live results, produce reports, support branding, troubleshoot the service, and keep the platform reliable.

Hosts and authorized team members can view reports and export supported result data. PollNQuiz does not sell participant response data. We may use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the service.

We use reasonable operational safeguards for a SaaS product. PollNQuiz is not currently SOC 2 certified, and we do not claim ISO, VAPT, or other formal certifications on this site.
