Terms of Service

PollNQuiz provides tools to create live quizzes, polls, event rooms, participant experiences, live results, Question Bank content, CSV imports, reports, and exports for training, education, events, and audience engagement. You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform or other users.

Hosts and team members are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for activity under their organization account. You should only invite users who are authorized to manage your organization, quizzes, polls, events, reports, and branding.

You are responsible for all customer-generated content you create, upload, import, publish, display, or use through PollNQuiz, including quiz questions, poll questions, answer options, designated correct answers, descriptions, instructions, branding assets, files, reusable Question Bank content, event names, and participant instructions.

PollNQuiz provides technology tools for creating, hosting, and reporting on quizzes and polls. We do not independently review or verify the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of customer-generated content, including whether a designated correct answer is factually correct.

You retain ownership of your content. You must have all rights, licences, consents, and permissions needed to upload, import, store, copy, publish, display, and use content through PollNQuiz, including CSV question sets, Question Bank content, proprietary training materials, copyrighted materials, images, media, branding assets, and third-party content. You grant PollNQuiz only the limited rights needed to provide, operate, secure, process, display, and support the service.

You and your organization must not use PollNQuiz for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited activities. This includes:

• publishing unlawful, threatening, harassing, or abusive content;
• collecting, accessing, or misusing participant information without appropriate authorization;
• conducting fraudulent or deceptive activities;
• attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or private data, including by bypassing access controls;
• disrupting, overloading, or compromising PollNQuiz services, including by overloading rooms; or
• impersonating others, sending spam, or otherwise using PollNQuiz in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

You and your organization are responsible for the content you create, publish, and distribute through PollNQuiz.

You are responsible for any prizes, rewards, offers, promotions, commitments, announcements, eligibility rules, claims, representations, or promises you make to participants or third parties through or in connection with PollNQuiz. PollNQuiz is not automatically the sponsor, promoter, guarantor, administrator, or party to customer-created offers or promises unless PollNQuiz expressly states otherwise.

You may report a quiz, poll, or related activity that you reasonably believe violates these terms or applicable law by emailing PollNQuiz Support at hello@pollnquiz.in. PollNQuiz may review reported activities and take appropriate action. A report does not by itself establish a violation or result in account suspension.

Plans may include limits for rooms, quizzes, participants, branding, reports, exports, and other features. Some features are available only on supported plans. Exports are provided for convenience and should be reviewed by the host or organization before external use.

Where an account or organization is suspended or terminated because of a verified material violation of these terms, fees already paid or services already consumed will generally not be refunded, except where required by applicable law, contractual obligations, or other applicable refund rights.

We aim to keep PollNQuiz reliable, but live services can experience interruptions, maintenance, browser issues, network issues, or third party infrastructure problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

PollNQuiz may restrict, temporarily suspend, or terminate access to a quiz, poll, account, or organization where a material violation of these terms or applicable law is reasonably established.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, PollNQuiz may provide notice explaining the action and an opportunity to request a review. PollNQuiz may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address an urgent security threat, suspected fraud, a legal obligation, or significant harm to users or the platform.

Restriction, suspension, or termination does not automatically result in immediate deletion of customer data. Relevant data will be handled according to applicable law, contractual obligations, the Privacy Policy, and applicable retention requirements.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any mandatory statutory rights or jurisdictional requirements, the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of PollNQuiz, its services, or these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of PollNQuiz after updates means you accept the updated terms.
